Bob and Julie, his wife of 17 years, have worked hard to build RJB Investments. Bob, who has a master’s degree in electrical engineering, says his education and 20-plus year career in the field provide him with skills useful to his current pursuits. Dan Haak, Owner, Successful Property Investors, LLC

Dan Haak has spearheaded three successful businesses over the past 33 years in education, public communications and, most recently, real estate investment.

He and his wife, Cindy, focus on purchasing single-family homes in central Illinois. The couple’s portfolio has catapulted to 95 properties within two years and is valued at more than $2.5 million. They specialize in purchasing properties at a steep discount, fixing them up, then renting or leasing with option to buy.

Dan’s experience buying, rehabbing, managing and selling real estate makes him an integral member of the IFG team. G.D. Chaplin, Owner, ChiSpace Investments

G.D. Chaplin brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to his investor relations director position with IFG. He owned and operated two companies that provided management, customer/client relations training, marketing and financial services to the healthcare industry. His businesses generated millions in revenue annually and the experience enabled G.D. to develop a wide range of skills that translate seamlessly to his current role.

Real Estate a Sound Investment Strategy

Before starting his own businesses, G.D. was an investment broker with Investors Performance Group. During his tenure he opened 457 speculative investment accounts totaling more than $6.3 million for individual investors in 31 states. G.D. says he enjoys helping people prepare for their future financial needs and believes real estate provides some of the most solid, safe returns of all investment strategies.
